Old Town Auto Spa Monthly Subscription Contract and Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Old Town Auto Spa for your vehicle’s care. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all monthly subscription services and are designed to provide clarity, ensure transparency, and maintain high standards of service. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Limitations

  • Exclusive Service Agreement: If your vehicle has a protective coating installed by us, you agree not to use other car wash or detailing services during the subscription period to maintain the integrity of the coating.

  • Service Duration: Each session is estimated to take between 30 minutes to 1 hour. If additional time is requested, it will be billed at $14 per 15 minute increments.

2. Billing and Payments

  • Monthly Payments: Payment is due every calendar month, regardless of service use. This payment secures your subscription benefits, which are available even if a detailing service is not scheduled during a particular month.

  • Cancellations and Payment Obligations: If you wish to cancel your subscription, you agree to pay the remaining balance of your subscription term, with deductions made for travel and supply costs for services not yet rendered.

3. Rescheduling and Weather Policy

  • Rescheduling Fees: If you need to reschedule an appointment, a $9.99 rescheduling fee will apply unless the change is due to weather.

  • Rain Guarantee: If it rains within 3 days after your service, we will provide a complimentary exterior wash to maintain your vehicle’s cleanliness.

4. Subscription Benefits

  • Discounted Services for Friends and Family: As a subscriber, you may request discounted services for friends or family members at a 10% Discount.

  • Additional Service Discounts: Subscribers can request unlimited additional services per month at a 20% discount.

5. Cancellation Policies

  • Valid Reasons for Early Cancellation Without Penalty: Subscribers may cancel their subscription without paying the remaining balance if any of the following apply:

    • The detailer consistently arrives late.

    • Services are not completed within the agreed time frame.

    • Services are not deemed satisfactory, as defined at the start of the contract.

    • The HOA requests a cessation of services at the service location.

    • The detailer has not reasonably adhered to specific requests outlined at the beginning of the contract.

    • The vehicle sustains damage, and the client no longer wishes to continue service post-repair, whether completed by the detailer or a third party.

6. Liability and Service Standards

  • Customer Satisfaction: Old Town Auto Spa is committed to providing high-quality services. Any concerns should be raised directly so that we can address and resolve issues promptly.

  • Safety and Security: Clients are encouraged to remove valuables before each service appointment, as Old Town Auto Spa is not responsible for lost items.

  • Potential Damage to Engine Bay:
    Old Town Auto Spa will take all reasonable precautions during engine bay detailing; however, due to the sensitive nature of engine components, we cannot be held responsible for any potential damage resulting from this service. By agreeing to engine bay detailing, the client assumes all risk of any adverse effects on engine performance, electrical components, or other mechanical parts.

By signing up for our monthly subscription or booking our services, you confirm your understanding of and agreement to these terms.
